Selection will now be based on 80 marks Recently recruitment was done in 103 categories under Haryana Skill Employment Corporation. Applications were invited from eligible candidates for these posts. Candidates can apply for various posts according to their qualifications.

Now if we talk about the selection process for these posts, then the selection of candidates will now be based on 80 marks.

Earlier the candidates were selected on the basis of 100 marks, but now the Punjab and Haryana High Court has banned the marks of socio-economic criteria.

In such a situation, the candidates will be selected in Haryana Skill Employment Corporation on the basis of 80 marks. Now if you look at these 80 marks, 40 of them will be for income.

If your income is less than 180000 then you will get 40 marks, if it is between 1 lakh to 180000 then you will get 30 marks, if it is between 180000 to 3 lakhs then you will get 20 marks, and if it is between 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs then you will be given 10 marks.

There will be 5 marks for skill qualification There will be 5 marks for skill qualification according to which SCVT/NCVT/NSQF/SVSU University or any skill qualification degree/diploma holder candidate will be given 5 marks.

If you have more educational qualification than the post, then you will get five marks for it. Haryana has made Combined Eligibility Test (CET) mandatory for recruitment to Group C and D posts. In such a situation, if you pass the CET, then you will get 10 marks in the recruitment of HKRN.

According to age, 10 marks will be given for home district job preference or job. If home district will be given first preference/no marks will be given in any other job other than home district.

There will be 10 marks for age. If the age of the candidate is between 18 years to 24 years, then they will not get any marks. If the age of the candidates is between 24 to 36 years, then they will get 10 marks. If the age of the candidate is between 36 years to 60 years, then 5 marks will be given.

There will be no marks for experience and social criteria. Also no marks will be given to orphans / widows / orphans etc. in the family. In this way marks will be distributed for the selection of candidates. The candidate getting the highest marks will be selected.
